Let’s take a journey back to June when we told you Justin Bieber was basically manhandled in a fight in Cleveland after game three of the NBA finals.
Now, the man he allegedly assaulted is taking his case to court.

This is especially interesting to us because A) it has been MONTHS since the incident, and B) the alleged “victim,” who was twice the size of The Biebs, seemed to be the one doing most of the ass kicking, according to the viral video.
TMZ reports the plaintiff says he went to the hospital following the incident for several injuries, including a concussion.
The outlet also reports the man waited so long to take legal action because he’s been trying to settle with Justin privately to no avail.
