Last year, Selena Gomez revealed she was diagnosed with lupus back in 2013; sadly, she had to cancel parts of her Stars Dance Tour to undergo chemotherapy treatment.
Now, the Good For You songstress is kicking off her highly-anticipated Revival Tour on Friday in Las Vegas and will be donating proceeds from her concerts to lupus research!
According to Selly’s rep, proceeds from each ticket sold will go to the Alliance for Lupus Research, a national voluntary health organization on a mission to find better treatments for and prevent the autoimmune disease.

As for the concert itself, the pop star said she’s “excited” for fans to hear the new version of Come and Get It that she will perform during the concert — but noted the show will mainly focus on her latest album. She said:
“We just sprinkled in only three old songs, so it’s just the new material, which is how I wanted it to be. We may add in a few things as well, surprise-wise, but we’ll figure it out.”
Could she be hitting at a surprise stage cameos by her celeb-friends like Taylor Swift!? We can only hope so!
Either way, we cannot wait for Selena’s Revival tour!
