The DJ Accused Of Groping Taylor Swift Says The Star’s Charity Promise In Her Countersuit Is Only For PR!

Instead, the ex KYGO employee claimed that it was actually Eddie Haskell, the station’s program director, who had groped the blonde beauty.

Then last month, the singer decided she wasn’t going to just shake off the wrongful termination suit she’s facing from the former on-air personality, and opted to countersue.

The singer also promised that any money she won from the suit would be donated to “charitable organizations dedicated to protecting women from similar acts of sexual assault and personal disregard.”

But now, David is saying that those supposedly selfless acts would just be for the sake of publicity, and is demanding that portion of her argument be thrown out!

His lawyer told a judge:

“The allegations are nothing more than a public relations maneuver, asserted to sensationalize Defendant’s counterclaim, garner favorable media attention, and, ultimately, taint potential jurors.”

He also feels that bringing charity into her countersuit is “entirely collateral, impertinent, and immaterial to her claims for assault and battery.”
