If you chose not to devote hundreds of brain cells to remembering the intricacies of Justin’s criminal record, here’s the full story. In 2013, he was leaving a club in Buenos Aires and a paparazzo tried to take his pic, because middle-aged women and teenage girls need to know where he is and what he looks like constantly. He grabbed the camera and his security allegedly assaulted the paparazzo. If you think that’s a bit extreme of a response, remember your reaction the last time somebody posted an ugly Insta of you.
But unlike any frat bro accused of underage drinking or public intoxication, Justin didn’t get his record expunged or have his dad’s lawyer take care of the incident. The judge initially set a court date in November of 2014, but Justin never showed up. Maybe he was busy training his pet monkey? So now the judge has absolutely no chill and indicted him. That means if Justin goes to Argentina he could get arrested.
Tbh this is pretty tame for somebody who won’t let his fans take photos with him anymore and regularly tells them to shut up at his concerts. Causing an international incident over a TMZ reporter is underwhelming at best. Unfortunately for Argentinians willing to pay hundreds of dollars to hear Justin sing “Sorry” without autotune, Justin can’t perform there while on his tour. Maybe he should start a support group with Ryan Lochte: we were assholes in South America and now can never go back.
